1. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of aapta.store, operated by Aapta Solutions (registered in India, founded 2007). By using the site, booking a consultation, or subscribing to updates, you agree to these terms.

2. What aapta.store is

aapta.store publishes editorial content about ecommerce platforms, budgets, country guides, and related topics. We also sell paid 1:1 consultation calls with Dharmendra Asimi, founder of Aapta Solutions.

Our content is opinion and guidance, not professional legal, tax, or financial advice. Decisions about your business remain yours.

3. Using the site

You agree to:

• Use the site lawfully and respectfully
• Not attempt to break, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the site or its infrastructure
• Not copy or republish our written content without permission (individual quotes with attribution are fine)
• Not scrape the site beyond reasonable browsing

4. Paid consultations

When you book a paid call, the following applies:

• Cancellation: cancel free up to 24 hours before the call. Within 24 hours, no refund.
• Rescheduling: free anytime up to 2 hours before the call.
• Satisfaction: if the call wasn't useful to you, email within 7 days for a full refund. No questions asked, one per person.
• Follow-up: calls don't include post-call consulting unless explicitly purchased.

5. Third-party links

We reference and link to third-party platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) for editorial purposes. We have no formal affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship relationship with any platform unless explicitly stated on a specific page. All opinions and recommendations are independent and are not paid for.

Links take you to external sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

6. Intellectual property

All content on aapta.store — text, graphics, design, code — is © Aapta Solutions unless credited otherwise. Platform names, logos, and brand marks referenced are the property of their respective owners (see the disclaimer in our footer).

7. No guarantees

Ecommerce is a business activity. Success depends on your product, market, execution, and many variables beyond our guidance. We don't guarantee outcomes — no one can. Our advice is based on pattern recognition from 500+ stores, not a crystal ball.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Aapta Solutions is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on our content. Direct liability is capped at what you paid us (typically $0–$249 for a single consultation).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, unless local law in your jurisdiction mandates otherwise.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
